Moreover, according to the prosecutor’s initial investigation, he was driving a Jeep Cherokee on the streets of the municipality and was accompanied by two subjects who were later identified as friends of his father.

The local police also urged him to stop but Ocaña ignored them. After that, he collided with several vehicles and later entered the Champa-Lechería highway. It was also said in the investigation that he grabbed a gun and accidentally shot himself in the chin.

Other than this, Witnesses also claim that the police shot at him and planted the gun in his right hand while he was left-handed. Thus, the true reason for his death is still being investigated by the authorities.
